My full AI freelancing workflow, including the rate card and client email templates

Asked too many times, so here it is in one go.

Since March I’ve booked 41 copywriting jobs using AI. This post lays out the workflow, the pricing and the client templates, so next time someone asks I can just send this link.

Before you take work

I only take three kinds of job: e-commerce product copy, social posts, and email campaigns. Everything else gets a straight ’that’s not my strength’. You’ll find that saying no makes clients trust the work you do say yes to.

Pricing

Five products NT$ 4,500, ten products NT$ 8,000, two rounds of revisions included, NT$ 500 per round after that. It isn’t the cheapest rate, but every client has come back.
